Unable to Full Screen a YuJa Video Inside of Blackboard

If you receive the error message, Full screen mode is unavailable in this context, when attempting to play a YuJa video in full screen, you will need to open the video in the external player.

To open the YuJa video in an external player window, click the gear icon in the lower right corner of the YuJa player window and select External Player.  This will open the YuJa video in a new window that will allow for full screen playback.
