If you receive an error when attempting to view a grade attempt in Grade Center, check to see that a Category has been assigned to that grade column in GradeCenter.
1. Click on the chevron next to the column heading in GradeCenter and select Edit Column Information.
2. Scroll down to Category.
3. If no Category is selected, assign a category such as Assignment, Exam, Quiz, etc.
4. Click Submit.
5. Go back and try to access the attempt again and it should open this time.
