M365 Cannot Edit on MacOS - Error 0x0

Prerequisite

Instructions Part One
- Quit all Office 365 applications.
- Uninstall Office 365 applications. This can be done by dragging the icons from the Launcher into the Trash Bin.
- Restart the Mac.
- Run the License Removal Tool and follow the instructions.

- Go to: http://portal.office.com and log in with your NDUS credentials. (Article - Install Microsoft 365 Apps)
- Find the 9-dot grid in the upper-left-hand corner.

- Click on "More Apps" in the menu that appears.

- Click "Install Apps" in the upper-right-hand corner and click on "Microsoft 365 apps".

- In the new tab that opens, click on "Install Office" follow the on screen instructions.

- Restart the Mac.
