Residential Hall Network Support Process

UIT Support Process

- If students call UIT helpdesk, once confirmed that issue is network related, UIT Helpdesk Team can do one of the following:

  • o Open a ticket and send to Apogee by emailing support@apogee.us
  • o Conduct a warm transfer to Apogee helpdesk by calling 1-866-526-9251
  • o Send user to a chat in the lower right at http://und.apogee.us

To conduct a warm transfer:

  • - Click Transfer
  • - Dial 1-866-526-9251
  • - Click Ask first.
  • - Wait for the person to answer, provide the background then transfer the user.
