UIT Support Process
- If students call UIT helpdesk, once confirmed that issue is network related, UIT Helpdesk Team can do one of the following:
- o Open a ticket and send to Apogee by emailing support@apogee.us
- o Conduct a warm transfer to Apogee helpdesk by calling 1-866-526-9251
- o Send user to a chat in the lower right at http://und.apogee.us
To conduct a warm transfer:
- - Click Transfer
- - Dial 1-866-526-9251
- - Click Ask first.
- - Wait for the person to answer, provide the background then transfer the user.
