Call Handling (Unblock Numbers)

How to unblock a number in the desktop and web app

1. Click Phone in the left menu.
2. Select the record of a blocked call, then click the Unblock icon in the call record.

    3. Click Unblock only or Unblock / Not spam

• Unblock only: Unblocks the number to let you receive its calls, faxes, and texts.
• Unblock / Not spam: Unblocks the number and cancels your spam report.

Unblocking a number on Mobile

iOS:

1. Tap the Calls icon in the bottom menu.
2. Tap the number you want to unblock.
3. Tap Unblock

4. Tap Unblock only or Unblock / Not spam 

• Unblock only: Unblocks the number to let you receive its calls, faxes, and texts.
• Unblock / Not spam: Unblocks the number and cancels your spam report.

Android:

1. Tap Phone
2. Tap the Calls tab.
3. Tap the Info icon to the right of a number you’ve blocked
4. Tap Unblock
