Call Handling (Block Numbers)

Desktop or Web Portal

1. Click Phone in the left menu.
2. In your call history, hover over the record of the number you want to block.
3. Click the three-dot More icon, then select Block and report

4. Click Block only or Block & report spam

• Block only: Blocks all calls, faxes, and texts from that number.
• Block & report spam: Blocks the number and reports it as spam.

Mobile App

iOS:

1. Tap the Calls icon in the bottom menu.
2. Tap the number you want to block.
3. Tap Block and report

4. Tap Block only or Block & report spam

• Block: Blocks all calls, faxes, and texts from that number.
• Block & report spam: Blocks the number and reports it as spam.

Android:

1. Tap Phone
2. Tap the Calls tab.
3. Tap the Info icon to the right of the number you want to block.
4. Tap Block and report

5. Tap Block only or Block & report spam
