Managing Queue Status for Avaya Cloud Office

Provide the steps to change Accept Queue calls status within the Avaya Cloud Office

Important: Queue Status adjustment is only available via the Avaya Cloud Office desktop or mobile application. It is not available on the desk phones.

Call queue availability adjustment

Within the Avaya Cloud Office application you can either opt in or out of accepting queue calls.

Desktop Application

Click on the icon in the upper left corner

Click the slider to Accept Queue Calls

For users of multiple queues click on Manage queues

Toggle on the queue to accept calls. Toggle off the queue to not accept calls.

click the X to exit

 

Mobile Application

Click on the icon in the upper left corner

Click the slider to Accept Queue Calls

For users of multiple queues click on Manage queues

Select Status

  • Checked = on (Accepting Calls from the Queue)
  • Unchecked = off (Not Accepting Calls from the Queue)

Select Save

Select Close
