Checkout equipment

General information

• UIT equipment checkouts are only available to current UND students, staff, and faculty. 
• Affiliates and Professor Emeritus are not eligible for equipment checkout.
• Identity must be verified.
• All checkouts are for 30 days and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• All equipment loans are subject to equipment availability.

• MiFi

Checkout procedure

1. Visit the UIT Service Desk located on the lower level of the Chester Fritz Library, or submit the Equipment Checkout ticket request on the right no more than 10 days prior to needing/picking up the equipment. For more information on UIT office location and hours please go to: UND.edu/UIT/hours
2. Both in-person requests and ticket requests will be reviewed and authorized by UIT service desk staff.
3. Equipment will be checked out immediately at the service desk, or you will receive equipment pick up instructions via email as part of the request ticket.
