The Technology Resources team employs information systems, resources, and technologies appropriately and effectively to further the mission of the School of Medicine and Health Services.
Get help logging into Campus Connection, Blackboard, Microsoft (Office) 365 email, HRMS, UND Wireless Network, and almost all the other systems used at UND.
Get help with AIMS, the computerized record keeping system used by the Aerospace program.
Report an issue with UND provided computers and devices for Faculty, Staff and Student Employees, lab computers and devices, request re-imaging of existing computers for use within the department, or register connected appliances and devices on the UND network.
Please use this service to order/procure new devices for your department. University of North Dakota faculty and staff computer purchases must use the University’s designated supplier(s) and conform to a set of University-specified models, and must adhere to the general procurement and technology policies and guidelines of the University.
Faculty and Staff can use this service to request shared drive access for new employees, remove access for departing employees, or make changes to access for existing employees with manager/supervisor approval.
Report common technology related incidents and issues that cause unexpected interruptions to work and learning activities or submit a request for IT assistance, access, or other IT services.
Submit approval for events, browse the UND Zoom Event Hub, or request an online only Self-Service Zoom Webinar or get help with the platforms and equipment for a successful and engaging virtual, in-person or hybrid event with a UIT Managed Zoom Webinar.
Report a technology issue in a classroom or other rooms with Audio/Video technology or request assistance using computers and devices in these rooms.
Get help and information about purchasing software.
Faculty and Staff can discuss with Tech Support recommendations for new computers, software or peripherals for purchase, or start a dialogue around designing or using classroom and other Audio/Video room technology including Digital Signage.
Students can report issues with the uPrint system and print kiosks or request a refund for jobs that did not print.
Report an issue with Vevox polling, Q&A, Quizzes or request training on the Vevox platform.
Report an issue with the UND Labs Anywhere (Apporto) Cloud Desktop Solution, or request additional Applications or Virtual Labs.
Faculty and staff, get assistance with printing including the campus-wide uniFLOW cloud solution. Request uniFLOW training, printer consumables, or a new department printer or copier.
Report an issue with the TeamDynamix work management system, suggest process or function improvements or request additions or changes to User Access, Services, Forms, Workflows and more.
Report an issue with Multi-Factor Authentication (DUO MFA), request help setting up the DUO app on your smartphone, changing the authentication phone number or other authentication methods or get assistance with hardware authentication tokens.
Report an issue with the WASP (AssetCloud) inventory software, request access or get assistance using the system to track inventory.
