The Technology Resources team employs information systems, resources, and technologies appropriately and effectively to further the mission of the School of Medicine and Health Services.


Report issues with university supported software and applications or request installation or configuration assistance.


Report an issue with UND provided computers and devices for Faculty, Staff and Student Employees, lab computers and devices, request re-imaging of existing computers for use within the department, or register connected appliances and devices on the UND network.


Submit approval for events, browse the UND Zoom Event Hub, or request an online only Self-Service Zoom Webinar or get help with the platforms and equipment for a successful and engaging virtual, in-person or hybrid event with a UIT Managed Zoom Webinar.


Blackboard instructors can request course merges, content imports, add/remove users from a course or organization, a new under development site, and a new organization site by submitting this completed form.


The Quick-Ticket Submission option creates a general ticket to UND Tech Support. It is intended for fast ticket submission and any issues not found under Service categories.


Report an issue with the UND Labs Anywhere (Apporto) Cloud Desktop Solution, or request additional Applications or Virtual Labs.


Faculty and Staff can discuss with Tech Support recommendations for new computers, software or peripherals for purchase, or start a dialogue around designing or using classroom and other Audio/Video room technology including Digital Signage.


Report an issue with UND Email, request a department email addresses, or get assistance with membership changes, distribution lists, groups, calendars, room resources and GCC High tenant accounts.


Users that intend to record their Zoom sessions to Zoom cloud storage will need to request it here.

Note: Users only need to submit a request once, regardless of how many courses they intend to use Zoom with.


Get help logging into Campus Connection, Blackboard, Microsoft (Office) 365 email, HRMS, UND Wireless Network, and almost all the other systems used at UND.


All NDUS Document Management/Imaging System, Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow), WebNow, and Transform questions, issue reporting, or new development requests.


Request a change to your UND username (also known as IDM, dotted identifier, NDUS.identifier, user.name and first.last) to reflect your preferred or legal name. Last name changes with the Registrar's Office for students or HR for faculty/staff must show in Campus Connection before submission to IT.


Get help with AIMS, the computerized record keeping system used by the Aerospace program.


Makerspace services such 3D Printing are available to all UND students, faculty, and staff with a valid U Card.


Faculty and staff, get assistance with printing including the campus-wide uniFLOW cloud solution. Request uniFLOW training, printer consumables, or a new department printer or copier.


Request help syncing, sharing and using files and folders in OneDrive.


Report issues, or submit feedback for the University of North Dakota's official mobile app.


Get help and information about purchasing software not covered in the UND Software Store.


Get information on UND-licensed solutions for online tutoring and training such as Infobase and Brainfuse.


Report an issue with digital signs, submit advertisements for display on the campus feed for UND digital signs or request content manager access/orientation for updating department and building digital signage content.


Request a new WordPress blog or MailPoet e-newsletter.


Students can report issues with the uPrint system and print kiosks or request a refund for jobs that did not print.


UND Digital Badging, powered by Credly, allows for users to showcase their accomplishments through simple, publicly shareable, interface that integrates into prominent platforms such as LinkedIn.
