Add/edit menu items in my Blackboard

The Blackboard course menu allows students to easily navigate through your course.

You can easily move items up or down in the menu by hovering the mouse over the button and moving it to the left until you see your mouse cursor change to a 4-way arrow. Then left click and drag the menu button to where you want it and then release.

You can add new menu buttons by clicking on the [+] in the top left and then choosing the type of button you want: Content Area, Module Page, Blank Page, Tool Link, Web Link, Course Link. You can also add a Subheader or a Divider for organizing your Menu.

When you select one you will be given the option to name it and to make it available to users. For a Tool Link you also get to select the tool it will link to. For a Web Link you enter the web address and for the Course Link you select where in the course you want it to link to. The click Submit.

New Menu buttons appear at the bottom and you can then move them (as described above).
